On Friday, August 21st, the conference concludes with the prestigious Awards Gala at the Westin Boston Seaport District. This is the premier formal event of the conference, dedicated to recognizing the achievements of our region's leading volunteers. Sponsorship of the Gala offers maximum brand exposure during an elegant evening that includes a cocktail reception, a full dinner, the anticipated awards presentation, and local entertainment.

The opportunity for your company to provide branded giveaways to in-person attendees. Visibility benefits include branded signage in the registration area, tabletop for branded literature and giveaways, and opportunity to meet and greet with attendees at registration.

The conference commences with our Welcome Party on the evening of Thursday, August 20th, at The Lawn on D. This event immediately follows the first day of sessions and the Boston Chapter's Product Show, ensuring maximum attendance. Food and Beverages will be offered during breaks in the conference program Thursday through Saturday to provide networking opportunities. Your company’s logo will be printed on display signage near all F&B stands. A table will be provided for your company’s marketing collateral and giveaways as well as an opportunity for your staff to meet and greet with attendees.

A featured highlight of the conference will be the Presidential Luncheon on Friday, August 21st. We are honored to host incoming 2026-2027 ASHRAE Society President, Sarah Maston, a distinguished member of our own Boston Chapter. During this plated luncheon, she will deliver her State-of-the-Society address and discuss the theme for her presidential term.
